When I picked up parts for a 2010 toyota corolla, it clearly stated on the description that the parts (brakes) would fit the 2010 toyota corolla. It did not specifiy model style, but just gave the overall, it will fit.
When I got the parts and found out the rear brakes were not disc but drum brakes I went back and looked at the page and it did not clearly specifiy I might have ordered for the wrong model. Again, simply said fits 2010 Toyota Corolla.
Upon trying to return the half of the parts that did not fit, I was told I would have to return the entire set of parts, on my dollar, with a 20% restocking fee, making it absurd to send any of it back since I could then just order the correct parts for the rear wheels cheaper than I could send back the wrong stuff.
The customer service rep's accent was so thick and heavy, I could barely understand him, which is always frustrating.
I could have ordered the same parts with Amazon and had free returns if anything went wrong.
