I would strongly advise against shopping at PartsGeek. While the prices are cheap and the delivery is quick, everything falls apart if you need to return a part. Their customer service is virtually nonexistent. Unless the mistake was on their end, you’re completely on your own.
What’s most frustrating is how simple the solution could be. With a carrier contract in place, they could easily provide a return label and just deduct the shipping cost from the refund. Instead, they force you to cover the return shipping yourself—which often ends up being five times the cost of the part. It makes absolutely no sense, and in the end, you’re left stuck with a part you don’t need, out the money, and with no real help.
The whole process feels like a trap, and it turns what could have been a convenient shopping experience into an expensive lesson. PartsGeek’s lack of customer support and unreasonable return policy make it a terrible place to shop.
