Beware of Parts Geek - I tried to cancel the order 10 minutes after it was placed; CS person said "The warehouse is not answering the phone so it cannot be cancelled." Email to CS was returned a full day later. Everyone kept saying it could not be cancelled after 40 minutes; apparently it cannot be cancelled after 10 minutes. Then there is a restocking fee of 20% - clear why the order could not be cancelled. I paid for expedited shipping; it still took three days from when they said it was shipped until it actually shipped - three days of talking to folks and being told it could not be cancelled, but it was clearly still in their facility and should have been able to be cancelled. Making money on restocking fees by refusing to cancel orders is bad business. I have posted a PSA on Facebook detailing your idiocy and warning folks to beware. They need to understand statistics: If you make a customer happy, you statistically gain ten more. If you make a customer unhappy, you lose at LEAST ten. They are off of my acceptable vendors list.
