First the part I wanted they didn't have as a single only in a set, I asked if they would be willing to split the set and sell just one and got no answer. So I reluctantly ordered a part close to the OEM part. While wait for the part to arrive I found one on a different website and ordered it and it has all the OEM features as the broken one has. I was trying to set up a return and was having problems with Parts Geek website return process and called them and waited for over 2 hours for a call back that never came so I called again and was told that I needed to take a picture of the item and send it to them, strange, then I tried the live chat and was able to set up a return that way after I had to wait for them to send an email.
Overall Parts Geek is good they need to work on customer service better and better descriptions of parts along with a cross-reference part number guide from OEM to aftermarket parts. I now also have to pay to return this item so not only the cost of the item and shipping once but twice for this, maybe free return shipping if part is damaged, not used, missing parts or what they already have in their return policy.
I would like to be refunded my cost for returning this item but holding my breath on it.
