I ordered a part for my jeep, I thought that all jeeps were either 4wd or awd.I also did not know that there were so many different types of jeep compass. The part that came was for a 2wd. If there were someplace where you could enter the VIN number you could get all that information and alleviate the problem of getting the wrong part and having to send it back. When I called to find out why I got the wrong part, the woman that I talked to was very hard to understand. She also was not very helpful. I called back a few days later and got the automated system that said I was caller 13 and estimated wait time was 15minutes. After 30 minutes I opted to use the option of pushing 1 which was suppose to hold my place in line and I would get a call back. After 2 hours I hadn't gotten a call back so I tried to call and it said I was caller 30 so I hung up. I did this every hour for the next 3 hours, at that time it said I was caller 5 so I waited. The gentleman that I spoke with was very helpful. He had all the information from my previous contact with them. He got my VIN number, looked up the part and told me there was one in stock. If I were to order from you again it probably would not be on line.
