The original order has been a disaster. The first shipment was received damaged and needed to be sent back, however after sending pictures or the damaged box and part, PartsGeek wanted to make me pay to ship the damaged part back to their warehouse. After speaking with multiple representatives, I had to quote their own written policy back to them before they agreed to cover the cost to have the part sent back. They have no exchange policy either, so you have to reorder the same part again, which is a hassle. Second part of the order 2 of 2, arrived extremely late and was only rectified after I called customer service again. My total calls to customer service to receive 2 SACHS was 6 times. I am still waiting on the replacement order to arrive from the original ordered. Once the replacement order is received (Original Damaged Sachs Shock/1 of 2), I will never order anything else form this company again. I will also let tell all my business associates about what happened as well. I will revert back to spending my money with FCP Euro like I should have In the beginning. Lesson Learned. ~Kenneth Heard
