I had received my parts. There was two boots in the kit. They were too small and would not fit. I was missing parts out of the kit to help put everything back together. Then the one part the boot broke on it didn’t even drive it yet or anything and the grease came out. Then when I called the only thing that was told to me was well I can disassemble my truck return the parts then wait for them to receive the parts and then they would send us the new parts and I can’t do that because I have to work and I think that’s unacceptable to have to wait that long. I know that there are other big companies like them that don’t sell important stuff and if a part or a product is defective, they will send you a new one. Give you a certain timeframe to send that part back and if you don’t, they charge you for the second part. completely reasonable and I explain that to him on the phone. He would not even do that to make sure I get on the road and my vehicle fixed he would rather have me wait and go through that whole crazy process. So I went to the local parts store and got the parts and I told him I will never use parts geek again I’d rather spend $300 extra on a part then go through them being that I’ve been a pretty loyal customer and he even admitted that on the phone because I have ordered a lot of stuff through them. and the only thing he would tell me is this is our policy. I can’t do anything else.
