My last experience was the worst ever. I trusted an agent representative in the chat to guide me through my shopping. I explained that I order the wrong part brand so I was suggested to order the other brand and as soon as the wrong brand was delivered I could return it with no problem, which was true but he never told me that I had to pay for shipping. The shipping cost was gonna be the same price than the part I ordered,so it doesn't make Sense. If I was told I had to pay for shipping I would have kept my first order on the first place. No I double orders that I don't need. One of the chat members Mr miller even rub on my face that it was my fault and I had to pay 20 percent for restocking fee. But I was always ok to pay for I never said no. All I wanted was a free shipping label. Be aware everybody if there is nothing wrong with you parts and you want to return them you're paying for shipping back your orders and it could be the same price that you pay for your part. Parts Geek won't pay for shipping if you just don't need your part anymore. Parts Geek should always make that clear before every order is placed .
