It was a very good experience overall. The part that I was looking for was quite easy to locate and was priced very well. The website was very intuitive so I could find my way around with ease. The only negative that could be noted was on the shipping options page during check out. There is an option for a form of shipping protection called "Extend Shipping Protection" which, if purchased "Covers lost, stolen or damaged packages." Add-ons like this tend to make shoppers a bit concerned that either: 1) Lost or damaged (or stolen) shipments are a big enough concern (for the seller) that they have to offer shipping insurance (above that which is offered standard [at no additional cost] through most shipping companies. or 2) My package/shipment may not be treated professionally (i.e. with integrity) by the seller IF something were to go wrong during shipping (damaged...lost...etc.) and I opted to NOT purchase the additional "shipping insurance." I would almost rather a company not offer this type of "shipping protection" and just make it known that they "have your back" if the shipping company somehow drops the ball and loses or breaks, etc. the shipment, EVEN if it means that I pay a bit more on the front end (example: "$1.95 Flat Rate Shipping" on all orders that would otherwise be "free shipping"... The payout by the customer is the same either way, but my consumer confidence in the seller is much higher if at check out, I don't wonder in the back of my mind if I need to buy "just in case insurance" or if the seller will make it right if something goes wrong with the shipment. It's a subtle difference but one that can increase or decrease a consumer's confidence, depending on how it's played by the seller.
