parts geek was great until the item i purchased did not fit. the reason it didn't fit fit was the website had misstated the item. I called to order the item and the sales person immediately quoted me the highest priced item. the item on website stated that the item was for the front brakes so i ordered those when they arrived after jacking up car and removing old pads and rotors i found the parts sent were not the correct diameter. i contacted them and initiated a return. Then i was told that I would have to pay a restocking fee 0f 20%. ( for an item that was not correctly presented on their website. more specifically rear brake rotor are for my vehicle 11.8? and the fronts are 12,89 inches the ones sent were 11.8? .called customer service and they stated hose were the incorrect brakes. in the process of asking for a a return RMA Icompleted the RMA and proceeded to the place (FEDEX) shipping to return item . once there i was told they couldn't process without a QR coce none was sent with my competed RMA. ,it appeared that parts geek did everything they could to deny a legitimate claim. On my end it left a very bitter feeling towards parts geek. i asked to speak to a supervisor and then i was told it could take a few hours before that could happen. eventually i got a call from "Sam" he was the only level headed person with some semblance of common sense. told me i had to unpack everything and take photos of each item put them back in original box , which i had already done TWICE and sen them the photos i asked wher do i put those photos Sam stated on the RMA form. OPened Form and no where to attach photos. so here i sit with parts that were mislabeled on their Website. and still no path forward. they acted as if it was my fault that I received the incorrect item To te point I called Volvo international and the person there told me that Volvo doesn't make a front rotor for a US made car Those are for the european market. i promise i will never recommend Parts Geek. hopefully this will be resolved soon. just want my money back now.
