I hadn't checked into my Origins account due to husband's death , so when I got the birthday offer , I checked back. Noticed my points disappeared, & I didn't receive my free samples as advertised...took me 3 tries to get b- day code accepted...

Overall the website is easy to understand, I did get an email from you guys just 2 days ago that you get a free 7 piece gift set with order of 115+, no code needed. I then went to the site and ended up ordering about 150.00 in product and no free gift. Since I was able to get some other deals, I don]t really care, but your emails that you send are misleading. I found it is necessary to read the real small print and look for the terms and conditions. I have been with you guys most my life and the product prices continue to increase. I know that this may be due to inflation and ingredients but over $100.00 for a small moisturizer for your face seems a little extreme. The prices continue to keep climbing while the sizes and quantity seem smaller. I dont even trust the Plantscription pumps because you cannot see how much is in the bottle. I used to buy them back in the day and it never seemed to last nearly as long as when I dont buy the pumps. Also if you cant get the last of it with the pump because it is stuck at the bottom, it is a waste of both money and product. I do love your products though. I have sensitive skin and it was nice to find something I could use besides Rose water.

I have used their products for 40 years. Obviously I am completely satisfied! My original experiences were at the cosmetic counter but have switched to online, I’m not even sure they are in stores. Online is very convenient!. And for someone my age I can use it without confusion!

For me, trying to find the info about the product was too much scrolling. And getting to the next picture shouldn’t involve clicking more than once or swiping more than once to advance to the next picture. That slowed the process and I eventually gave up.

The overall experience was disjointed and difficult to follow. It wasn't user friendly at all. I knew what I wanted and knew how to get it if I didn't it would've been very difficult to use.

I am so disappointed that you discontinued the matte moisturizer and there is no other product to replace it:(. I typed in matte moisturizer and nothing came up that is matte moisturizing.

I have been using Origins for over 27 years. It is one of the finest skin care product I have ever used. Although a bit pricey, but my skin is worth it. To mention, I very much miss the Ginger oil spray, please bring it back! Perhaps consider recycling containers as a discount incentive. Thank you for the discounts.
