I have used their products for 40 years. Obviously I am completely satisfied! My original experiences were at the cosmetic counter but have switched to online, I’m not even sure they are in stores. Online is very convenient!. And for someone my age I can use it without confusion!

The retinol overnight creme is always backordered and then gets cancelled every time i try to order it. I really liked that product but haven't been able to get any in 2 years.

For me, trying to find the info about the product was too much scrolling. And getting to the next picture shouldn’t involve clicking more than once or swiping more than once to advance to the next picture. That slowed the process and I eventually gave up.

I am so disappointed that you discontinued the matte moisturizer and there is no other product to replace it:(. I typed in matte moisturizer and nothing came up that is matte moisturizing.

I have been using Origins for over 27 years. It is one of the finest skin care product I have ever used. Although a bit pricey, but my skin is worth it. To mention, I very much miss the Ginger oil spray, please bring it back! Perhaps consider recycling containers as a discount incentive. Thank you for the discounts.

I have used Origins products for decades since discovering them at a local department store. For the past 11 years, I have lived in a more rural area and only order online. The deliveries are always prompt. Plus I am a member of the online rewards program and receive emails with special offers. Whenever I have a facial, I am always told what good skin I have. I am old school in that I use the Perfect World products and the Charcoal mask which makes my skin feel so smooth. I also love the Ginzing scrub. I just wish they still carried their blush, etc. By the way, I am retired and will never give up my Origins products.

I was interested in using my rewards for a deluxe sample (face cream with SPF), but it was adding a different item (Cheeks & Balances which I already have) each time I tried to redeem it -- I would really have liked the item advertised.

Trying to find the name of the “Hug” product I was wanting to order, was an Incredible Challenge!! I had to call Dillards in order to get the name of it. I also had planned on using my Birthday Gift on my Purchase, since my Birthday is October 12th, but was unable to figure out how to do that. So your Website makes it too Complicated. I have difficulty knowing where to enter the discount codes I was instructed to use. So I missed out on the discount. I love the products but using the discount codes would have made things eve nicer.
