I ordered multiple items for my cutlass including seat foam, covers, plastic pieces. I also ordered a bumper bolt kit. Everything appears to be good quality, but I am waiting until I get the seat covers to install that and the foam. I accidentally ordered two set somehow. I called requesting to return and that went well and was handled quickly. I mailed the bolts back and they were received by you on March 9th. As of today I have still not gotten a refund. I used the online chat to discuss this and the lady I talked to said she sent an email to accounting I believe and I should get a credit within a couple days. This isn’t a big deal but I could have easily not noticed this if I hadn’t checked my credit card bill. Overall experience was positive and I look forward to getting my seat covers.

I have been buying parts from OPG for a long time but I am frustrated that about half of my order is on back order. A lot of these parts were not marked no available at the time of order or I would have tried some where else. When I place and order I expect to receive the parts, I generally do not order parts till I am ready for them so it is frustrating when they are on Backorder

Better quality from OPG, nice little adds (FREE SHIPPING) if it’s free it’s free, stop with the hidden ground charges, it irks me to pay those outrages cost.

Some parts came right away and one item was on back order, no big deal. Back ordered item came as soon as it was available. All the parts are quality pieces and I would recommend opgi to anyone.

The items are not way over the top but the shipping to me is,the items were stuffed in a box fairy tight 2 of the items were double wrapped the other 2 were not they to me looked like they were sent to someone else and maybe returned there were small dents in both pcs the other two were fine. I will for sure shop around more next time.

I purchased parts for my 66 Gto. I have purchased parts several times over the last nine years. They have always been delivered on time and to my address of the last nine years. This order they sent them to an old address. I’ve lived and ordered at this address the LAST NINE YEARS. When I talked to customer service said they could not help me. They wouldn’t replace the order at their cost. Although we have teveyall orders here for the LAST NINE YEARS. . Terrible. It was marked as our preferred shipping address too. Bad business.

I purchased a set of vinyl seat upholstery for my car. Unfortunately, the front bucket seat color (dye?) and rear bench seat color were slightly off (did not match exactly). The pattern for the rear bench seat also did not exactly match the original seat pattern (seat stitching ok but listing rod/hog ring attachment portion was slightly off) - hopefully this can be modified to fit/work. The delivery and tracking of the product was fine (though one package arrived a day later than stated).

Friend told me about original parts and I tried to order from them and had no issues utilizing the navigation of the parts products and ordering parts needed and paying safely. All parts arrived as ordered in a timely manner. Fit worked fine as well and if more parts are needed I will look into and purchase again from original parts group.

First of all the items that I ordered, I absolutely cannot find anywhere else and it was not in stock but part of the order was there so they were about to ship that part of the other separately which would have costed me double shipping which was already costly but the Original Parts Group staff noticed that and held the order until the other items arrived and they sent them all together. I was very thankful for that because it saved me money.

Shipping fee is too high. A $39 US dollar purchase ends up costing me $145 CDN delivered. Other suppliers have faster and cheaper delivery. This being said, it was great to be able to easily find my parts with OPG.

I purchased a front and grill kit. It came in two separate packages package number two arrive 48 hours later package number one arrive seven days later. Upon opening, everything was fine except for the grill insert it was obvious it had been used and returned, so I returned it now I am undecided on whether to re-purchase that part Also original parts group has too many back orders. I’m sure they know this, but it doesn’t seem to be corrected.

The only complaint I have is on the horn shroud. This aftermarket cover is about an 1/8" off on the 4 holes that line up to attach to the steering wheel. I had to notch the original holes in order to get the screws lined up. The cover looks good other than being off on the screw inserts.

The fasteners needed to be trimmed down in diameter just a bit for some the "CHEVROLET" letters for proper fitment.
