Sale was easy product was available just shipping was very very slow. Have become accustomed to receiving products purchased within a day or two OPGI takes almost 2 weeks to receive products from time of purchase

I was quite disappointed with the scarcity of selections in the original parts group. I was looking for several specific items, and unfortunately, you did not have much of what I needed in stock or available. I ended up purchasing what I did out of necessity rather than finding the exact parts I truly wanted. I strongly recommend expanding your inventory and improving the stock levels of common and specialized original parts. A Note on the Survey Questions I must also address the personal demographic questions asked in this survey (regarding race, age, family, income, and level of education). I consider these questions to be invasive to my privacy and entirely irrelevant to my experience with your parts or service. Due to widespread concerns about data security and the potential for bad actors to use such detailed personal data for identity theft, I want to be clear that I provided false information for all of those demographic fields. I urge your organization to reconsider the use of such highly sensitive personal questions in your customer surveys and prioritize customer privacy. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving both your product selection and your data collection practices.

Was looking for a Silver headliner basket weave 5 bows. You don't list that color. Hard to find what I was looking for. He has a 65 Skylark Grand Sport so I hope I ordered the right things. I proof of quality will be how everything fits.
