Cost effective pricing; variety of size labels for inkjet. Watch the description. Important description details such as type of printer that can be used, or whether item is white or transparent, can take some digging to find on the Amazon listing. I had to return white labels to get the transparent labels I thought I had ordered, though easy to do.

I mentioned that product descriptions are a little unclear - it would help if after the description it also said the code (weatherproof polyester/LP for example). I have several labels in my inventory that I use for different products, and sometimes I have to do a lot of cross referencing to determine if the coating I want is what I've selected.

It is always very easy, but what I used to receive the next day now takes two days, and it seems you are not shipping from Sanford anymore. Also, no coupons as of late.

The only issue I had was with the coupon being removed between order review and checkout page. I reapplied the SAVINGS10 code, went back, then forward again and it was corrected. Hardly a deal breaker, but it was worth mentioning.

First time purchase

so far i have only used this website once. I have ordered a small amount of labels to see if they work for my situation. If they do i will likely buy more and defintely recommened to others. I have not had any only char or customer service experience,so i am not able to comment regarding this. This is solely about finding info and checking out. it was easy to follow.

CD/DVD Labels should have a shadow printing around the label itself so you can see the borders. The software you provided was not very friendly, I had to use an Avery software to print my DVD labels.

I am purchasing the labels as a test to see if they will work for my application. If the tests are positive, I will likely be purchasing more. The website was easy to navigate and find the labels I wanted to try.

If I talk to people about labels I will definitely tell about online labels. You have always delivered on time. The product is clear and exactly what I ordered. This is the first time I had you print them. The printing is top of the line. The printing does not rub off. Colors are vibrant. Just love it!

The quality of these labels are absolutely amazing. I have an all natural syrup company and apply the labels to glass bottles. I take bottle returns from local markets and I can rinse/sanitize these labels and not have them deteriorate. The weatherproof BOPP labels are seriously some of the best labels I've used, and I've used 4-5 brands now. I consistently use OnlineLabels for all my official labels. The color, the material, the finish, and the fact that I can get literally any size is great. Oh, and 100 MOQ is very reasonable. Love that there is the option to type in size, xy positioning, and a center image button as well when uploading artwork - definitely thoughtful of the UI experience.

Way overpriced compared to Koala sticker papers that I have been using. Unable to any samples (I'm guessing because I previously ordered samples of other labels, most of which I ordered) and for some reason the vinyl laser weatherproof isn't available for samples at all because when you select it, the next screen takes you back to the regular labels and the vinyl sample doesn't show in cart. Frustrating as I would like to compare it to what I'm currently using before purchasing a larger amount (especially considering price). The website is easy to navigate and so far, I've liked the paper's I've tried, but the price is much more than I'm currently paying. I do like the satin finish and I've been unable to find that elsewhere except in laminate. Also PayPal isn't an option when purchasing a subscription, which would give us small hobbyist a way to break the payments up. Would recommend to a business that has a larger budget and order requirement. As for someone like me who is just crafting at home, it's more difficult to justify the expense.

The experience was pleasant. I received an email for a particular label. When I clicked on the image. I was immediately taken to the same product. How refreshing! I purchased the product. Thank you for consistent marketing. I look forward to working with OnlineLabels in the near future. Warm regards, Sharon
