I thought the process was very straight forward with respect to uploading and picking out the types of labels and sizes. I did find it a little confusing with respect to uploading PDF files and getting warnings about fonts and having to upload those. When I switched to a PNG file that was no longer a problem. I am just a grocer, so that stuff I found confusing.

I had a whole zip folder full of files for 108 different products. I felt that it was a shame that I have to put each one in one by one and line it up myself with Your template. It would be nice to be able to submit my file. Have you guys print them to the exact size I need and be done. It’s too time-consuming.

This was my second order. It's great for smaller businesses that just need a small number of labels. I don't have to order larger quantities. I appreciate that I don't have to pay more than I need too. We package and label everything ourselves. It helps to be able to to keep our prices low. We don't have to uncharge the customer.

i keep coming back to onlinelaes because of the easy upload and awsome customer service. the only issue i have is that when ordering smaller size labels (3x1.5 specifically) i always get an error about the bleed but the proof shows otherwise soi just save it as is and hope for the best. thankfully my 3x1.5 labels come out great everytime!

Easy checkout of good quality labels, especially the weatherproof ones, as they come out very nice and vivid when I print them. However, I do wish the matte labels were thicker because they are very thin. Other than that, they stick very nicely and I have no issues.
