I got the vinyl labels for the first time. They performed well. The only problem I had was peeling them off the backing. I found that if I peel the page around the labels first it’s easier to get them off.

Finding the specific products I want on the website is difficult unless I put the specific product code/SKU into the search bar. Also, when entering information such as address and coupon codes and uploading tax documents, the fields for each entry have to be double clicked which is frustrating. I didn’t initially upload my tax documents because I thought the upload function was broken and it wasn’t until I tried a second time and was playing around that I realized I needed to double clicked on all the entry fields in order to enter the information. So if a double clicked want required, that would be much easier and less confusing (I’m on iOS, if that helps).

I've been a customer for many years and have been totally satisfied with the service. I really like the Design Program that it provides as well. the only thing that I am disappointed with is the shipping time. When I first started using Onlineabels, I could get my order a couple days, sometimes almost overnight, If I placed my order early enough. I can't afford the shipping prices other than Standard.
