I've been a customer for many years and have been totally satisfied with the service. I really like the Design Program that it provides as well. the only thing that I am disappointed with is the shipping time. When I first started using Onlineabels, I could get my order a couple days, sometimes almost overnight, If I placed my order early enough. I can't afford the shipping prices other than Standard.

While planning a bridal shower for our daughter, I found a nametag template that matched the theme perfectly so I purchased and downloaded it. Surprised to learn it printed 9 labels per sheet. Realized I needed a 9 per sheet label. Found Online Labels OL-1555 product. Was challenged to setup and print 50+ nametag labels. Last Friday, called Customer Service and spoke with Matt (no fewer than three times). With amazing patience, Matt asked questions and then guided me through the process of printing the labels. The process did not feel intuitive to me. I am confident I would have abandoned the project and been extremely frustrated were it not for the sensitivity, professionalism and competency exhibited by Matt. As a result, Online Labels has my strongest endorsement! Everyone loved the name tags and the shower was a smashing success!
