Only issues with website is I would like an easy to click way on the materials to get info on them. Also I would like it to be easier to select type boxes on my phone I have to click a box sometimes 4 times to get it to pop the keyboard on iPhone 15 pro max. Lastly I hate the size sliders for the filter in labels. It needs to just be a type box.

I bought 2.75 inch square labels to test on my soap bars, they worked great but I couldn't print different scents to one page as I could with every other label I've bought. So I found other labels that were close to the same size. I went ahead and ordered 100 sheets because I knew the size would work. Only these labels printed to the edge of the sheet and my laser printer kept putting margins on that made them unusable for me. I called customer service hoping for a fix, was told it couldn't be corrected, it was the nature of the beast with laser printers, then was offered a full refund for the labels, even after explaining I used several sheets in an effort to find a fix. I received an email with all the return information in short order, return process is a breeze. Been using OnlineLabels for a couple years now, first time reaching out with a question and their customers service was great. Definitely buy from this company if you ever need labels, you won't be disappointed.

I think you should fix the website where it says to sign up for auto reorder and save 25%. It should say save up to 25% if you won't really save 25% unless you reach a certain target purchase.

I think your dies for cutting the OL150 labels need maintenance. The labels are not coming cleanly off the backing, often tearing because they haven't been pre-cut cleanly.
