Clear website and good pricing. The only confusing part was once the labels were approved when it asked to add them to cart when I had already paid for them. I had to message the support staff for clarification, and they were very helpful.

I've been purchasing labels from Online Labels for 15 years, beginning at a time I had a small business. I retired that business a few years ago, but continue to order labels for household use. I love the Maestro design software and appreciate getting an activation code with each purchase. Website is easy to navigate and shipping has always been prompt.

I wish that I didn't have to change the size from my canva design to account for a bleed edge, I wish that I could have just had a color fill option for the backdrop so I wouldn't have to keep adjusting.

once on the site a few times, i know exactly where to look for items and choices and options. The site is pretty streamlined and simple. i have to say easy to use for even older and younger people. when i order multiple sizes or types, it's easy to find, im thankful for the measurements and the detail taken.

The ease of designing a label is great. I like that I can take a premade label and customize it or completely design a label myself. I also like that I have so many label shapes and formats to choose from plus the ability to choose the finish of a label - matt, glossy, waterproof, etc.

There should be a cart available on all pages even check out to make changes to the order instead of clicking the back button, or somewhere on the side page to make changes to qty of items in case we want to compare prices for different quantities.

Ordering online with Online Labels has always been fast and easy. Their website is explanatory and easy to use. I would like to see more examples of the label I ordered on a product for which it was designed or is being used, it would help me decide faster. I have been buying from Online labels for many years and have never had an issue with their service, or online ordering.
