I did mess up once, when i designed a dark blue sticker with black letter that you could not read very well, as there was not much contrast, costumer support did ask if i was sure, but i did not realise my mistake untill i got them in person. Would of been nice if they gave me a headsup first

online ordering a little confusing - ok a soon as I figured it out. Order was received in a timely fashion. I only have one complaint - the first time I ordered a while back, my sticker sheets came in lightweight but sturdy plastic box/container. This time my stickers - two different types, were in a flat cardboard envelope. Thanks to UPS, the envelope had seen better days. It had some nicks and all 4 corners were a bit mashed in, one bent more than the others, resulting in about half of the red stickers having the corner bent up right to the edge of the corner sticker. I haven't tried running them through the printer yet to see if this will cause a problem and if the corner sticker will print correctly. Studier packaging would definitely be appreciated more and make a better impression.

I wish I could give OnlineLabels more than five stars! My first order didn’t turn out the way I hoped, but I was brand new to ordering labels and hadn’t sent proofs. I honestly didn’t know what I needed yet. Matthew was incredibly patient and helpful. He took the time to work through it with me, and OnlineLabels sent the correct labels at no charge. When they arrived, they were beautiful. That kindness meant so much to me, especially when the mistake was largely mine. I’ve placed two more orders since then, and both came out perfect. Quality labels that are easy to use. They align in the printer every time and the templates are easy to cut/paste image to each label space. They arrived timely and intact despite the envelope sleeve looking like it went through some tough times.

I always order from online labels, especially for our Peptide customers. We require several different types of printing material including rolls sheets, specific dimensions, different quantities different types so it’s always top quality and we love online labels. It’s the only one in business I do trust.

My labels are very low contrast and hard to read. While I understand that’s my own design issue— I wish there were a way for someone to have told me once they printed the first set to tell me that I won’t be happy with the look and given me a chance to correct it before printing the other 15 sets

I bought labels from here in a pinch. I was hoping that I would get something decent for a decent price. That's exactly what I got, a great product at a really good price. The materials used were excellent and the print quality was superb. This company might actually replace my local print shop that i've been using.

The labels must be invisible, because nobody have seen them , no tool has it or has been printed , they are very difficult to see and what what a disaster this system is. Huge congratulations to your team for building what is hands-down the slowest, most incompetent e-commerce platform on the internet. It took you weeks to realize my billing and shipping addresses didn’t match? Truly breathtaking efficiency. Just so you’re aware of how the rest of modern commerce operates: I am based in Colombia, my card is registered in Colombia, and like thousands of international businesses, I ship to a freight forwarder in Miami. We spend between 70 to150 orders , every three months across multiple vendors using the exact same card and address and freight in Miami address setup without a single hiccup. Anywhere else, if an address mismatch flags a risk, the system rejects the transaction instantly. You don't take the order, sit on it for weeks, and casually block it after leaving the customer stranded. We have wasted an obscene amount of valuable time dealing with your incompetence—including the time it took to write this review. We are ordering standard adhesive labels, not smuggled diamonds or pallets of iPhones. Keep your invisible inventory; we will take our business to an actual, functioning company that knows how to fulfill an order as promised.

These labels have been used as QR or barcodes for my inventory and they are excellent. But I have experienced them lifting a bit on cardboard. But the waterproof ones are great.

Every experience I've had with OnlineLabels.com has been positive. Not only do they have a great selection of labels, but they also make it easier for you to use their products by offering downloadable Microsoft Word templates. This has made my life so much easier. I've even tried their Maestro Label Designer when I needed several labels with the same content, and that was also a nice feature. On the one or two occasions I've needed to call customer service, they have been extremely helpful. Finally, my orders have arrived so quickly that I've never needed to use their tracking features.
