I had never ordered from this company before, and a co-worker needed specific labels that were not carried anywhere else at a reasonable price. I am always a bit worried about venturing out and using a new contact for ordering as there is so much compromise of credit cards etc, but I called the customer care line and someone immediately answered and assured me that the process was safe for an online order.

I wish shipping was free or faster if it's paid. I also made a mistake the first time I ordered, maybe I went back to recreate my labels and the type switched back to Matte and I wanted it to be a different so I guess I overlooked it. Overall it's great and would recommend.

Unfortunately, my latest order had quite a bit of pigment discoloration. The color was faded and more grey on most of the label sheets I ordered. I also noticed some dark streaking on the sides of the pages. The labels are still functional and I really needed them, so I won't be returning. I just wanted to note that the quality wasn't what it normally is. I'm hoping whatever happened with this print job will be resolved by my next order. I still really enjoy working with this company and would recommend it to others. This seemed like a one-off issue.

Overall my experience was great! I was not pleased with the lack of secured packaging. The labels didn't come in a box which allowed the corners of the labels to arrive damaged. They had to be smooth out to go in my printer.
