The young lady I talked was very knowable and took her time explaining the different options available. It was really nice to talk to a kind person. You don't receive that type of customer service these days..

The website was easy to navigate and you guys had what I needed and I felt like it was at a good price point. Anything I needed to to know seemed to be readily available. I wish the shipping was attached to each item individually...I bought 3 things of significant price all being delivered together. Maybe some help on that would be nice but not a huge deal.

I had a good experience several years ago when I re-carpeted my C5 Corvette with your Essex Plush carpet. Quality product, great customer service. So I recently ordered the Essex Plush carpet for my GMT-800 truck. Same quality, reasonably priced. Overall a good experience.
