When going through the shipping and billing there were certain parts that would. It auto fill like in other websites or if I missed them it would not be apart which section was not competed like a highlighted red area so I had to keep reviewing things to try and figure out what I missed which was a little frustrating but not world ending. A slightly better user interface with more noticeable alerts to missed or incomplete sections could help someone else navigate check out easier

I am a Canadian customer, I saw the Labour Day 2026 Sale and the price was very reasonable for new/needed carpet, but more importantly, this stupid pending trade war has a probability to be a factor in the end price of landing the carpet in Toronto Canada, so my purchase needed to be made in haste *(Before September 9th). The dollar exchange rate is one thing, but we up here are paying a 30% premium on that so the sale price took care of the dollar exchange, however, add a [mystery] tariff, and the purchase is not in the budget. I could also use a headliner, sun visors and another carpet for another car, but being Canadian, it’s simply not affordable (even with the sale prices). If the dollar was (or becomes closer to) par, I would be making some pretty hefty orders with OC Auto Carpets, the customer service, from start to finish, was fantastic! I would not hesitate to have them ship me more products. Let’s hope politics can sort itself out and we can go back to cross border shopping as we did. Thank you OC!

I was shopping for an OEM replacement carpet for my classic car. I contacted them and asked if their OEM replacement carpet, part number # 2618, came with OEM style jute padding.
