Liked the detail information on the options for premium materials like the mass backing of carpet option to get on what it is for. Easy and simple to go through the pick and choose options for the floor carpet I chose for my 06 Mustang project. Can't wait to get it and be wow by the quality of ACC. The only thing I would like to see on the checking cart is the actual item color I picked. I thought I had chose some other color of carpet since picture showed a different color, but looking at the color I chose on my cart it said black.

Site seems a little outdated and cumbersome, especially on a mobile device. Having a “pay later”option like Affirm or PayPal would sure be nice and probably increase the amount of people who complete their order with you. Larger and higher definition photos of the colors I’m deciding on would be nice. Being able to click on a carpet in my cart without resetting all the options for it would also be great. It works, but a couple updates would make the experience better.

It was a bummer when est shipping was $0 - then it changed to $25. I was also unclear on shipping time?? Signed up for news letter/phone/account with expectation of possible coupon - though unfortunately - no email, text, or promo. I was super happy with the sight feeling trustworthy.
