Based on some of the reviews, I was afraid that the floor mats would not fit well and they might bulge some. That was not the case they fit perfect and the mats were made very nicely.

I didn't have any issues when I ordered, 1.They told me when it would arrive, it arrived when it was supposed to. 2. They said it was custom fit for my Galaxie, it was. 3.There was a bit of a wait, but they told me that up front so it was expected.

When placing the order, after selecting the color of the stitching, the color of the mat itself reverted to the default color of black. Each time I made a correction something in the order changed. I finally was able to complete the order. other than that it was a good transaction.
