My experience was,awful. At first I had difficulty getting card approved for I kept getting xalls from your service section making me think it was fraud. They kept asking me for my credit card number info., cvc info, the amount paid for the item, address, inappropriate emails, etc. It said it could take up to 40 days for delivery which I thought it was very peculiar. I finally got it a couple of days ago. Taking it to get put in this coming week and hope its in good condition and will fit.

Felt misled when asked to give personal info including email for promotional offers yet I never received any type of promo for occarpet, when I spoke to rep on phone I was told they don’t offer any scout codes etc just whatever site price is. So why did I give you email etc. ? Also this survey can’t cover the product or shipping since I have not received my carpet yet; so I have NO idea as far as quality of carpet or shipping . Also you HID the fact that $100 promo offer is just for magazine memberships that run forever automatic renewal!!! Oldest scam in the book.
