I was communicating with Baylee and she was polite but was just relaying information she was getting from someone else . The rug arrived with ripples that would not flatten out because the padding was glued to the carpet with way to much glue not evenly spread out. I asked for a refund but was old by Baylee after she checked with the manufacturer that they would not give me a refund because it was easily flatten out in time maybe with some heat . It did not and would not flatten out as I found out later there was large amounts of glue in that area . When I explained this to Baylee she got back to me and said I could sent it back and they would remove the padding and fix it or I could do it myself as it would be easy to remove. When I tried to remove the padding most of it stayed stuck to the rug in the area where the large amount of glue was and the ripple in the rug. I tried to explain this to Baylee and questioned why they recommend only lightly glueing the rug to the floor but used so much glue to stick the padding to the carpet . This did not seem to get through and got the feeling they did not believe me. I was told finally I could sen it back and they would fix it or do it myself easily. Well the pictures I sent show it did come apart easy . I asked for a new pad and was refused because they said it custom rug or words to that effect . I never asked for a custom rug just checked off that the gas tank was in the cab . And that I wrecker it by trying to fix it myself. At this point all I asked for was a new pad which would save time and money versus sending everything back while they fixed and send back to me.. the problem started with the manufacture and all,I got was excuses.
