Box was torn open and partially crushed. Hardware bag was cut open, and all hardware was loose in the box. 2 nuts, 1 bolt, and a cotter pin were missing. Rather than contact customer service and wait for delivery I bought new ones at the local hardware store. Shipping was three days later than carrier said it would be. Was delayed twice for unknown reasons.

The Billy goat performs as I hoped it would. It's a little hard to start as the starting rope is located in front of the bag. Starting fluid makes it easier as you are turning a heavy rotating mass. Overall quite happy with my purchase.

Your website needs to be updated now that Mowers is under Northern Tools umbrella. Images won't load. You could easily cross sell but are missing this opportunity. Also why don't you give customers option to purchase cover with grill ? No accessories = lost $ when I have to go elsewhere. Nice BBB up front.
