I ordered a chainsaw that was advertised to come with a charger & battery. Only the saw was delivered. This order was placed on May 11th, and I still have not received the battery or charger. It took multiple weeks just to understand whether or not I needed to return my chainsaw in exchange for the full package that I ordered and paid for. My understanding is that the battery and charger will be sent directly from the manufacturer to Mowers at Jacks, then will be sent to me. I have spoken with the staff on multiple occasions; they were always very kind. However, it is unfortunate that almost a month later, I still do not have the products I ordered and already paid for. I am not their only customer and do not pretend to be. But I also don't feel that this issue has been prioritized at all. Perhaps it was and was simply not communicated to me. The only updates I receive are when I reach out to them, I haven't received any updates that originated from them reaching out. Again, the staff has been very kind when I have interacted with them, but communication has been poor. I likely will not purchase anything else from Mowers at Jacks.

I was notified by fedex that the box of the item I ordered was damaged before they delivered it, I called jacks and they gave me a claim number and told me to take pictures when I received it and let them know of any missing items which I did and they reordered the missing parts with no problems.

I’m happy with the delivery and packaging was in good condition. I’m happy with the assembly. Only one spacer was the only missing part. I wish that this grass catcher had larger bins or there would be a three bin grass catcher available for my lawnmower. It looks as though final appearance the bagger assembly is small compared to the width of the lawnmower. Thank you.
