I appreciated the ease of finding exactly the product I wanted from the new lusterglass collection. I’ve been waiting for this drop, so I’m glad it was on the main page for easy accessibility. Though I wish the Apple Pay option was a bit better, since it was a bit finicky I opted to just use the regular checkout, nonetheless I’m very pleased with my order.

The Powder was a reorder, as I was getting low. It's a great Powder. I have not tried the Brush Cleaner yet, but I am anxious to do so. I expect it to do a good job cleaning and sanitizing. I was disappointed in the Prep and Prime because it said it had 'Radiance' and I expected some small amount of shimmer, but there was none at all! I did not care for the Brush at all. I purchased it as a foundation Brush and I did not like the delivery at all. That said, I use a different MAC Brush for my Mac Cream Blush and I LOVE it! Yes, I have returned the Prep and Prime and the Brush.

I’m pretty sure that I used to get free shipping just based on the level purchases that I make. I think this has changed so now I need to have a minimum purchase to get the free shipping. This makes me less inclined to place orders or to wait until I have enough items to get the free shipping. Well, I understand the rationale for the change by the company, it is still a dissatisfier. No one likes to pay for something they never had to before. also, one of the eyeshadow shades that is listed in the color pallet is not available. I could not find it anywhere. The pallet photo needs to be updated if the shade was discontinued.

Today I had to reorder due to the inability on your site to change a shipping address once an order is placed. Your site has a very good tracking functionality; if we can see the product is still in the warehouse we should be able to change the shipping address before the delivery leaves the warehouse. I contacted the live chat and they could not help. My order had to be returned and refunded. I had to make a new order with fewer products I wanted due to my loss of the great discounts from my original order. Please make your shipping policy clearer with a way to change the delivery destination before it leaves the warehouse. Thank you.
