Dissappearing Nova Sparks

i ordered the viral mac x criminal lipstick in caviar and the squirt lip plumping gloss in nova sparks. I NEVER received the lip gloss. I called ten times and they kept promising to ship it but it never arrived. I used to LOVE MAC- NOT ANYMORE!!!!

The preferred products were no longer offered in our local Macy’s stores . This was very disappointing for me. They also could not order the product which for me, Of course , this means shipping and handling along with increase prices during a time of increased price chanllenges.

Ordering was easy but then next day cancellation of items was not expected. If the item is not in stock it should be checked during ordering and not allowed to order

Very difficult to find concealer in the color I wanted. No problem with locating the foundation. The concealer seems to dry out after application even though I use a moisturizer. Might return. Foundation gets into the fine lines but according to a friend it doesn't show. I'm 80 with very beautiful skin except around my mouth and chin. Overall it's a nice product and will continue to use the foundation and maybe the concealer. Coverage is good

I am so glad you had the lipstick. I have gone in almost all the Mac stores on my area and they said Lipstick CB 96 was discontinued, that truly made me sad because you already had discontinued Meltdowns. My daughter told me to try Mac online , I am so glad I did because you had it. I plan to order 2 more so I want run out

I desperately wanted housewife which was only available at Mac. I was supposed to get a free sample with it, but it never came. I messaged the chat and someone helped me and told me that they were out of that one but I'd be sent a different one. I am so happy. It is almost as beautiful as the one I bought

I’ve been a MAC, girl for over 20 years. I love the products I have gotten products as gifts and got so many addicted to the MAC products. I just wish you all would stop discontinuing products. So many products I want and I can get anymore.

I got a notification that the delivery service was experiencing delays, but no explanation as to why. But, my order did arrive a couple days before they said it was going to come. I was happy for that.

Horrible experience one sample didn’t get delivered and nobody did anything about that. The team at Mac (Queens Center Mall) said they couldn’t help even though online support advised me to go into a store and ask for it. Very disappointed.

I love Mac makeup and the foundation and concealer i purchased keeps my skin dewy and skin more even toned, i went to a pool party and it stayed till evening. The only thing is the site directed me to choose 15 shade of 36 hrs consealer then at 15 it said now shade 10 it was confusing i tried virtual assistant but no response i think i even tried calling a beauty advisor but call didn't go through. I went with 15 it's ok when i mix with the 25 serum foundation

It has been close to a month and after 3 phone calls and promises to be delivered overnight , I have not received my order. It is now promised in 3 days. We’ll see if that happens. I love MAC lipstick and will be ordering again but I prefer to go to the store especially after this experience.

The packaging is abysmal. I did not receive my item the first time because it came in an envelope that had a gaping hole in it, and the product had fallen out. The second delivery came in a box and that barely made it because the tape was unattached at the bottom. Customer service by phone was timely and efficient. The AI stopped working after a few minutes, which made me to contact them by phone.

This was an awful experience! I ordered my products on July 30th and did not receive them until August 18th. It should NEVER take that long!!

I have been using Prunella eye kohl for years and LOVE it!!! I ordered two Prunella eye kohl pencils in my order. A couple days later it said they were on backorder. Then a few days later, I was notified Prunella has been discontinued and no longer available. Bummer! I selected another color, but it was absolutely too dark. It won't work for me, so I gave it away. Now I am back square one - without any eye liner... without Prunella.

I ordered 4 lipsticks on lipstick day. I received an email stating that 1 of the lipsticks was out of stock. I spoke to an agent and they assured me that they would honour the discounted price when the lipstick becomes available. When the lipstick was available they told me to purchase it full price and they will deduct the money when the order was placed. Personally I did not feel comfortable doing that so I declined the offer all together. When I received my lipsticks all 3 of them were damaged and shaking. I immediately contacted Mac at this point it was the 3rd time speaking and I was tired of the back and forth. The agent offered replacement lipsticks but I opted for a refund. I sent images proving that I received damaged items. 10 days later no refund. I contacted MAC again the agent was so rude she kept insisting that I’ve never contacted mac and she asked me to provide screenshot proof to show where an agent told me he would give me a refund. I didn’t know that when I am given a refund I’m supposed to take a screenshot and have proof. Who does that. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he escalated my case and should receive my refund. I hope I do because after this experience I’m not sure I want to purchase from Mac online again. These agents deepali and gaurav and kashif are so rude. Please do better

I recommend placing an order and picking up in store if you need products sooner rather than later. I ordered and had it shipped, product arrived later than I had hoped. I wasn’t in need of the items ASAP, I selfishly didn’t have patience.

I was excited to order from MAC Cosmetics for National Lipstick Day. I chose my free lipstick and placed my order. It said 3-9 days, but I ended up waiting about 20 days for my order since I placed it July 29 (National Lipstick Day) and received my order August 17. I did not receive my free lipstick. However, I got everything else I ordered, which was in perfect condition and great quality, as always. This might just be a problem with the carrier, however I dislike the MAC website. This was prior to the new updated version. The old website was a pain to navigate and constantly logged me out, so I had to keep signing back in. Trying to locate “Track My Order” every single time after that was unpleasant and inconvenient because I’d need to navigate to my orders, find the order number, then go to “Track My Order”. It’s a hassle. Honestly, if anyone wants to purchase MAC products, they should just go to an in-store location. It also allows them to avoid delivery fees and test products. Plus, I’m sure it was guaranteed to receive the free lip product for National Lipstick Day if you went in-person and made a purchase. Just save yourself the time and hassle.

The returns are not free except Instore. The store which accepts returns are around 20miles far. No easy returns. Also the delivery took more than expected time for which I received 15% discount which feels useless.

I ordered products to take advantage of the sale. I did not get an email until after 11 PM that most of the items that I ordered were unavailable. Had I known earlier, I could’ve gone into a nearby store to purchase. It was too late by then to take advantage of the sale that was ending.

I went to Ulta and the sales woman had me try a permanent red and it worked well so I wanted another color but I didn't care for the color but I used a pencil to build on it and it was great

Love Mac- lipstick and gloss are great colors and stay on a long time. Same with the eye shadows, great colors, bold and beautiful. Shadows go on smooth and stay on for hours and hours

I had run out of eyeliner and needed it quickly the day I ordered it because I was going to a dinner. The price for Same-Day Delivery was about the same or slightly less than the shipping rate which was convenient for me because it saved me a trip to the store while I got ready. The courier arrived on time at the estimated delivery window provided, everything went smoothly. I had run out of eyeliner and didn’t want to wait the 2-5 days either, so super grateful for that!

The feel of the lipsticks are great they just melt into the lips without setting into lines at all. But the camera for color of lipstick is very inaccurate :(

I would not recommend ordering online. They will take your money, cancel your products, still charge you, then lie when you want your products sent to you. I was told by multiple reps that I received a refund for the cancelled item and that the item was out of stock. Both were lies! Even after I told the first rep “well you guys may want to fix your site because it says in stock”. A week later, it still says cancelled, still no follow up email, and online it’s still in stock. Will let you add to cart and check out! But when I call back I get the same lie that it’s not in stock and that I wasn’t charged for it! LIE! Then I get on and they changed up the site and it no longer said cancelled, it said delivered. Another LIE! I shouldn’t have had to write chat bots and talk to multiple reps repeating myself over and over to get what was rightfully owed to me. I’ve always loved Mac cosmetics. I use to shop it years ago in person. This is my first time ever shopping online. Probably will never do that again. In person only from here on out.

I had an overall good experience but there was a lot of confusion about the free product that comes with a certain amount spent at mac. the free product was not sent at first, and then there was a lot of hassle in contacting mac support and having it sent. however, the customer care was 10/10 and they listened to my query and responded very efficiently and politely. my problem was solved so i’m happy! thanks mac
