I was annoyed, ordered the film noir blush almost 2 days ago. Never ordered anything from here before. Got a couple things with the blush to get free shipping and then I GOT A EMAIL AFTER I PAID saying it was actually out of stock and would get refunded. I then had to order a new one with additional shipping charges.

Very good experience with the exception of one thing. I had 11 products that were in my cart from the night before. I revisited the website the next day and my cart was empty. I added 4 things. And my cart said I had 4 things. My total was 90. When I tried to pay it declined bc I suddenly had 15 items in my cart. Thank god you are only allowed 14 items bc I did not intend to spend $340. I was then able to delete everything I didn’t want. It was just strange how the products from the previous day disappeared and reappeared when I tried to submit payment.

I found it a little hard to choose the correct colors for my brown complexion. I chose a color and foundation that I had purchased before, but it did not look the same online so I’m hoping that it is correct. They no longer carry this foundation in my local community. I have loved it for a number of years. Hope it is not going to be taken off the market.

The only complaint I have about MAC is the lip gloss. The brush does NOT reach the bottom of the gloss. Therefore, there is unused gloss at the bottom. BUT I THINK IT'S AN INTENTIONAL THING MAC DOES TO PURCHASE ANOTHER SOONER!
