Not the best website I’ve used but certainly not the worst. It could be easier to navigate and not get choppy when scrolling. It was easy to find the lipstick shade I wanted and the photos were helpful. It needs better user interface with face makeup and shades.

I was a little disappointed there wasn’t a liner set/multi discount, and I think some instagram/social media photos of make up looks with credits to mac products would help a lot. Uniqlo does model photos with credits to what items they have in stock and it helps me visualize a look, the same can be done here for insta etc.

Everything was easy to find. I love the mineral powder. It has nice coverage it’s my favorite thing to wear with my favorite tinted moisturizer. It doesn’t settle into my pores or make my face look oily.

Product discontinuations formulations changes, supply chain limitations. I just had to spend an extra $30 to get a color hat I needed. I plan to find a waterproof formulation that I won't have to experience this with.
