What I like about the website is that it’s easy to navigate, and there are so many choices available. I’m currently looking for the perfect lipstick for me, and the virtual try-on feature is really helpful, especially when you haven’t had the chance to try the product in person. On the other hand, I noticed that some of the best-selling shades are sold out. It would be helpful if the website could recommend similar or close-match shades when a particular lipstick is unavailable. This would make it easier to find a good alternative without having to start the search all over again.

Love Mac was a makeup artist love the products. website can be a little tricky when using on your phone also product was broken eyePot eyeshadow. Website for taking pictures and trying to send was also tricky received an email asking to run a review and that's how I'm contacting you all in now and sending email with pictures

I started by tapping a previous purchase which I thought would take me to a buy again screen where I could purchase the same item. I wanted a different color. That didn’t work. It was a bit clunky from there but I found what I needed in the search function.

My eebsite experience was mostly positive. I was forced to order online because MAC has closed several of its stores in NYC, which is shocking to me. NYC!? I always shopped in person. I felt I had to rush to make the order as I say the Basqiate bag was already sold out.
