Products used together such as case and eyeshadow or blush fills were not easily flipped between or laid out in search to see all options clearly without digging. Hard to switch between especially on mobile.

I have been using Mac cosmetics for closer to 20 years. I normally don't buy things online, but that is how it is today but it was fine. I didn't have any issues. Though I am a bit disappointed that my favorite lipgloss is no longer available. I loved ragged to riches.
