Shopping online is always a great experience! I was able to see all of the new products that had just come in, even though one item I wanted was already sold out. I was able to quickly order everything else I needed without any issues. The website is easy to navigate, and I especially love the color-matching feature. The website is very finicky. It signs out way to fast, there is no option for saving products to a “favorites” list, which would be super helpful. It definitely needs some updating. There are so many great products but the site makes it difficult to browse!

Overall, a good experience. However, for my first order, one item was missing. I had to call a second time to have it resolved. I eventually received the missing item. I have a new order; I do not anticipate any challenges. However, if I do have a problem, it is easy to get a hold of customer care.

I had to try over and over again to check out. I tried from different browsers on my phone, then switched to my computer. I logged out and back in multiple times, I tried different ways to pay, etc. No matter what I did I could not get past the cart screen. It would load and then went right back to the cart. Twice it put me through to PayPal, but then when I went back to review and place the order it took me back to the cart. This happened probably 20 times. Finally it started going to the address on my computer, and if I went fast enough I could get to payment. But then I couldn't get my security code entered fast enough for it to go through. I probably tried this 5 times and FINALLY got the order to go through. Let's see if I actually get what I ordered...this is not the first time I've had an issue - my last two orders let me place them, but then went 45 days and said what I ordered was out of stock. It has been extremely frustrating. Those last times it was the refill for my face powder. I can't ever seem to get that, seems like almost a ploy to force me to buy the more expensive non-refill version each time. I am going to actively look for something I like as much to replace having to use MAC. So odd such a large company has such poor website design.
