Fairly easy to navigate. The examples of colors on different skin is very helpful. Although I did have a bad experience at the Baybrook Mall store. They were very rude to me. I accidentally purchased the same color eyeshadow that I had and wanted to exchange it for another color. It was unopened. But since my receipt was a few days past 30 days, and I explained that my husband had to have sudden open heart surgery was the reason for my delay, no exception could be made is what the sales lady replied in a very rude tone.

I've been trying to find this lipstick shade called Black Orchid for my granny and the lipstick I ordered from M.A.C is the only one that she likes and thinks that matches the shade she remembers. I love that I was able to subscribe so that she can get it every 6 months delivered straight to her house instead of the hassle of picking it up!
