I'm used to my MAC cosmetics being packaged with care and beauty in at least the black Mc tissue paper amd inside a box. I've ordered MAC for years and that is the minimum I expect. This most recent package my order was crudely thrown on a plaon cardboard box with some crumpled paper. I was not happy when it arrived and o saw how my items were not properly wrapped amd packed. You must do better MAC!!!!

I do not like how some products seem in stock and then immediately after purchasing, all of sudden it’s out of stock??? So why is it still available for purchase???this is from a previous purchase. So now i have to come back a week later to try and re buy the product when it is still technically not “sold out”.

Mac had just what I needed. They had a lip gloss and a glass lip gloss bundle. I ordered that as well as a mascara that I just love that gives me everything I need as far as opening my eyes. mac site is a bit slow and takes forever to go back and forth, it’s not smooth like other sites where I can go back and forth easily, it’s dreadful having to go back hechas then it takes forever to go back to where you want to go. Giving constructive criticism on the site, I love all of mac’s products, from bronzers, blushes, lipsticks, lip liners, powdered foundation…I HAVE IT ALL. I LOVE MAC.

I have been using High end over priced product (Chanel, Tom Ford) and at the Atlanta Airport running to catch a transfer with minutes to spare I realized I may have left out a needed product and ran into the shop spoke to a salesperson and I was on my way and once used the product at half the price I was more than delighted.
