I am a Club Mac member and received two $40 offer codes, but I was not able to Club them at checkout and was also not eligible for free shipping, which didn’t really help me at all. This problem was not resolved in three weeks of time. So I am overall very dissatisfied with the Club Mac affiliate program.

I returned one item and received confirmation of the return to MAC. It has been 2 weeks and the return was not processed and calling about this was HORRIBLE. So bad in fact, that I will NEVER order MAC again. Which is too bad as I liked quite a few of the products. Too many other businesses that offer better service and products. Be warned, if you want an item and have to mail it back good luck getting your money back. I’ve had to file a dispute with my credit card company.
