The website is not working well. It took me a long time to place an order. It kept jumping back to shopping cart after I clicked checkout. I had to purchase with apple pay at the end, which was not what I wanted. The welcome code also didn’t work, what a bummer.

I'm disturbed that you are discontinuing the blot powder. I think it's a poor decision. That is the best blot powder available today! Anywhere! The check out shipping choices were difficult to navigate the various choices.

My preference is to pick up my purchases at the MAC store location in Lakeside Mall, N. Causeway, Metairie, LA. The option was not allowed nor was the Dillard's Cosmetics located in the Lakeside Mall, As Well. My option to received were by shipment only. I needed my items immediately. So online shipping overall was a quallity of 6/10. However, I love the product.

I got a foundation and the website being able to color match was fantastic since this is my first Mac foundation. I’m hoping it matches perfectly. I also got lipsticks and have millions of Mac lipsticks I can’t wait to try these new colors! They were sold out everywhere else I don’t know why I didn’t just come straight to the official website to begin with but now here we are!

I had a very good delivery experience. The product was delivered fast and on time. As a long time Mac concealer client, I prefer the original round package instead of the long lip gloss style container. I wish we as consumers had a choice to purchase the round compact or the long lip gloss style container.

The site is very laggy. I don't like that there isn't a wishlist (at least not easy to locate for me). BUT I DO love that there are SO many options, everything is shown on different skin tones, and I can try it on myself. Although the feature doesn't work all the time. I also like that there aren't pop-ups on every page.
