Absolutely horrendous experience with customer service. Horrendous. I purchased what I purchased and I will never order from Mac cosmetics again. I was never offered an appropriate solution for the inconvenience I had shopping with Mac cosmetics. I have been a customer since 2001. Though I usually purchase in store. I will never shop in store or online again. It’s absolutely disgusting the amount of time I had to spend (over two hours in chat) to get zero resolution for a mistake made by MAC. Then at the end of our conversation to be offered a 15% discount on any future orders? I have genuinely never had this outrageous of an experience with customer service at any company. On top of the fact that you outsource your customer service to another country.

The studio fix compact slides in and out. This is a terrible design. It has slide out several times. One time shattering all over the ground, I lost all the make up in it. When I contacted customer service about it they just said sorry it’s too late to return. Zero sympathy. Even though it was only by a couple weeks. I found them rude. I would caution others from buying the compact. Also the colors changed and I’m not sure I love the new product. This is from a customer that has used the product for 20 years

I found it difficult to find the products on yhe website. Website works slowly. When I was looking for lipsticks and blushes, I had to serach by the shade name. It hinders me to get other shades to explore. Please update the website more efficiently, so that people can find all items more easily and explore other colors and options to buy.

My only issue with the site is that on mobile, the site always randomly refreshes on me which can be frustrating, and it’s been doing that since I started purchasing straight from the MAC website a bit over a year ago. But that’s my only gripe with it, otherwise it’s very user friendly and easy to get around.
