Very difficult to find a lipstick that I had had in the past and wanted to order. I typed the name in the search and only the lip pencil came up. Not the lipstick so I had to search for it and it took a long time to find.

Couldn't zoom in on the product pictures making some of the pictures and writing difficult to see. The app itself was a bit choppy. Didn't load great and took a long time to get back to main page. As for the products, I have been looking for the lipstick at multiple retailers and only MAC online had it so very happy!

You make this blackout for redeeming points inside the stores and state that you can only use points online but then have everything “sold out” for months now. That’s the only thing I have wrong with the website. I find things in stock more online than in stores.

Overall it was very good. I haven't bought good makeup in awhile and MAC was recommended by a makeup artist who I just worked with. Since colors and numbers of makeup are not intuitive for me, it took me a moment to match up what she wrote down to finding it on the site. For example, Sable is under the brown category. For me, it would have been quicker typing in sable and the product coming up compared to the extra step of knowing it would be under brown. Also, I thought I could use my welcome discount with the subscription discount - I swear I saw something that said it was okay to do, but the site wouldn't do it. So maybe I didn't read it correctly.

I like how straight forward the website is and it’s sleek and professional look. I’d love to see just a little more personality though! There’s a lot of white space and, while it works for a sleek look, it’s not as inviting as it could be. I think a lot of us would love to see a little more variety in products too. The new lustreglass shade is a great addition and I’m looking forward to seeing more. Maybe bringing back some discontinued colors? Would love to continue seeing some fun shades too! Checking out is very straightforward and easy though, and I’ve always had good experiences with that here. So excited to receive my order!
