I ordered 4 lipsticks and when I received my order, it was incorrect. I was given 2 lipsticks and a lip liner. I contacted customer support and they fixed the issue and said they were shipping out the two missing lipsticks. One week later I received ONE lipstick. I had to contact customer support again. They said my lipstick was at the warehouse and would ship out shortly. I did receive my last lipstick that week. Whoever is packing your shipments isn't doing a good job. It was frustrating having to contact customer support TWICE over a simple order.

Delivery took at least 5-6 days. I am having to return 2/3 products. Would return all 3 but I need an eyebrow pencil so badly I am keeping it. Nevertheless the color brunette is way too light, the tip is too tiny and it is not actually waterproof at all. I will buy Lancome again next time.

I bought many lipsticks to give as gifts to family and friends. I had the list of shades to buy so it was a no brainer. The one thing I do not like about MAC is that if one becomes a member you do not promote complimentary gifts or give to your customers and hopefully this can improve.

I love Mac products and I have been using Mac for a very long time. What I don’t like about Mac is the frequency with which some of my favorite products have been discontinued. I recently checked several stores for my face powder (Dark Golden Mineralize Skin Finish) but it was unavailable in store and online. I was about to revert to Mary K when I decided to try online at a later date l. It was available then so I bought a few as I cannot trust Mac’s production / availability.

I have been using MAC products for years. I love the in-store experience because of the personalized service. My store recently closed so I am trying the online experience. It was a pleasantly easy experience. Two of my items were easy to find. The last item I had to search for, using the search option helped me to find it quickly. I always enjoy the free samples that come with my purchase and was pleasantly surprised to find that’s an online service as well.

I was after one thing. The new housewife's which I cannot get from ulta. I've been eyeing it for months. I am so happy I was able to get it and got a free sample lipstick to have too. The only thing I didn't like was that shipping was 8 dollars and can take upwards of a week. I feel like that's a bit pricey for it to take that long and would expect that price if it was overnight/same day.
