I received notification that my oder had been delivered at a particular time. I was in place to receive the delivery. But it wasn't in my mailbox. My mailbox slot was empty. It was five hours later, after I phoned the post office and then the Mac customer service number. Both entities were professional and supportive. One hour after my call the package was delivered to my mailbox.

I was really disappointed that the product came pretty Lucy goosy in a big box. It normally comes in a Mac box where it’s packed really tight and really well. That was really my only bitch.

I’ve used MAC Blot for years, I like it very much. I think regular delivery take to long. I would use same day delivery if it’s a good price.

MAC has such an easy website to use! The color choices are amazing no matter what you're looking for. I got the most awesome blue denim lipstick!! The lip primer is a must have.

I was really excited to get the eyeshadow pans I've been needing for awhile now. I like my new teddy velvet lipstick but I was so bummed to realize I accidentally ordered the wrong lip liner so now I have to deal with returning it ... I keep procrastinating on the return tho so I might end up missing my return window

I love love love my MAC Cosmetics. I love the lightweight of my powder and I'm forever in love with the original lip glass. I like the non sticky lip glass but I find myself having to reapply over and over again but I love that it's not sticky. I've lear over the years just to apply just a dab of the original lip glass. I wish you all could come up with the best of both in one tube. I'm a all in MAC girl forever

Good lip liners with smooth application. However, they are not reasonably priced. Paid almost $55 for two lip liners pretty pricey. Also, it is best to try on lipsticks in store. I use the virtual try on method and the lipsticks were slightly more colorful online versus when you try them on in person.

My experience with MAC Cosmetics was excellent from start to finish. I really enjoyed the overall experience, and the quality of the products definitely stood out to me. I had to contact MAC customer support four times for a product that came damaged. The first time, they told me to follow the return process. It would cost me $7 to return a damaged item. Then I asked via chat to connect with an agent. Each time it took 35-45 minutes. The second agent got all the pictures of th le damaged item, apologized for being told I had to pay return shipping and was processing the refund when we got cut off. I reached out again and the agent took 30 minutes and then asked for the same pictures and then I had to upload the pictures again but by this point I had to get on a work call for my actual job. At this point, it's been 1.5-2 hours I've spent trying to get them to do what's right. It's seems their mistake is my issue. Horrible customer experience. I've been looking at different product lines and this is the final straw for me. I haven't been as satisfied with the product and this is my sign that it's time I'm down with Mac after almost 20 years.

I was very satisfied with the sale prices of the items I've purchased. While MAC cosmetics are top quality, and I am very satisfied with the products, the standard prices have surpassed my Dept. Of Education budget.

Ordered some lip products for national lipstick day. Browsed and added an eye color stick as well. Only issue was my selected free sample was unavailable and subsequently cancelled. I had hoped MAC would include a different free sample in my order but they didn’t.

I was strolling through a mall when a woman suddenly stopped in front of me, staring at me intently. She then asked me about the lipstick I was wearing and complimented its beauty. To my surprise, it was the very lipstick of MAC that had just arrived at our house before I left! Thanks MAC! I really love it!

I purchased a lustre glass lipstick that I already have, a lipstick color I did not have, a lipgloss that I did not have and a lip liner during the national lipstick day sale. I love the colors that I picked out and I had to try the chestnut lip liner because I always hear great reviews. The reviews were right, I love it and will def repurchase in the future.

The ladies in the MAC store wouldn’t sell this item because it was a new formula. It wasn’t excluded online nor in store. I was told I had to pay full price for that item. So I purchased somewhere else.

Please go back to the original formula for sultriness! I love Mac however, your problem is to keep changing the formula or discontinue loved items. So guess what people stop buying them! Stop fucking with things that aren't broken. Sultriness is my holy grail. It is the perfect blue pink for my skin tone and you just had to fuck with the formula. CHANGE IT BACK! The other colors I purchased were perfect!. DON'T FUCK WITH IT!

I love MAC products, I'm so glad they delivered my products on time. The lip liner boxes were smushed, which I found odd since it was delivered in an even bigger box, but the products were fine.

Haute Sauce works well and is a nice eye shadow that stays on but it's not RED which is what I searched for. More of a dark chili color, going towards brown. It won't meet my RED needs but still a nice shadow

I absolutely love ordering from MAC, but expect longer than normal shipping times and a lot of your stuff will go out of stock after you check out. The quality of the products are phenomenal, which is the only reason I buy it. There are ZERO stores in Alaska.
