very easy to use. Im glad there was a sugested lip liner with the lip stick. I wouldve licked to see a suggested lip stick color that matched with the lip liner though. I wanted the edge to edge lip liner but it did not pair up with any of the lipsticks

Today the website kept glitching and switching screens. Usually I don’t have a problem but today I did. Also it took a long time to load when I clicked on a tab. Could be my internet but I didn’t have a problem with other websites today. Also I don’t like that they charge for shipping. I do enjoy Mac makeup. Usually I shop in store.

I love the locked kiss ink product itself, but the color is not right for me. I liked the way they displayed different colors on skin tones (inside of the arm I think) and thought that would help me get it right, but it didn't. Now I have a $43 lip product I can't use. Very disappointing because I think it's a good product. Am gun shy to try another color and have the same thing happen. I would then offer the product to her to see if she could get some use out of it.

Overall today it went well. Most times it doesn’t. It’s usually so slow and annoying to navigate. Not to mention when you have a pro discount and there’s any sale going on, It automatically adds the regular discount and doesn’t apply your pro discount instead when the pro discount is higher.

It was wonderful for the first 15 years and then you started stopping the products that I’ve always used but the help inside the store has always helped me so I think you guys are wonderful and I’ve been using Mac makeup since you opened for the first time in Palm Beach Gardens mall I worked at Macy’s selling makeup but yet I bought for Matt so I guess that’s the best comment I can get but then you close down the store and now I have to pay shipping charges

The website seems to be really slow compared to other sites I've gone through. When I add something to my cart, it freezes for 5-10 seconds before buffering and showing the product in the cart. I dont have this issue from other sites I order from so I know it's not my computer

Overall was good, however, I would like a little more info about the products. Example: I was looking for something like a bronzer. There was a blush and a sheer face powder in this general category. For me, site didn’t give enough info about the difference in these products. I ended up going with the sheer powder bc I liked the shade better, but I’m a little concerned bc it’s not actually a blush. I wish it would have been more specific. And if the sheer powder is more like a bronzer.
