The website went on error 10 times while I was trying to place the order. The search box was always malfunctioning, not taking me to the destination where I wanted to reach. The webpage was so hard to navigate that I did not get to purchase the primer I wanted. The eyeliner was also not up to my expectation as it turned out to be not the same blue as displayed on the website. I used the eyeliner and it was kind of irritating to my sensitive eye area of the skin and also hard to remove at the end of the day. After I placed the order, I realized that the promotion became larger, from 30% to 40% for Cyber Monday deals. I was very frustrated. Not to say that the website crashed 10 times at least. I ended up successfully placing my order after 20 attempts and then the price dropped. It made me very unhappy. It felt like I paid extra for the "free gifts". I'm not satisfied with my order but felt too burdensome to return and replace the order, also, it sounds like I'll need to return the "complementary gifts" if I am to return any ONE of the products (at this moment I really really hate this eyeliner). I'm hesitant but also unsatisfied because I kind of like the eyeshadow bag. But with this frustrating experience, I can't say that I'm likely to place another order any time soon. Also I liked the under eye silver liquid eyeshadow from you guys but it looked like had been discontinued. Overall speaking I didn't find all the products I like but got something that really couldn't work. Thanks for the survey and please let me know if you have any ways to improve my satisfaction. I hope I can give MAC another chance. Also when the website crashed there was no way to get connected with customer service.
