I’m buying the Intraceuticals highlighting serum again so soon because my first bottle arrived with what looked like a quarter/nearly a third of the dropper bottle empty—I think this is a terrible way to package products, and if my second bottle arrives similarly I’ll stop using it because the bottle should always appear full of the product being sold, and if it doesn’t arrive similarly I’ll be sad about LS quality control. Either way it was a major bummer to receive a bottle with so much empty in part because the product itself is actually beautiful on my skin (though I’d never use it in PM).
