I would definitely recommend LovelySkin, I think they provide such an amazing shopping experience and their delivery times are super fast. One of my favourite moisturisers was unfortunately discontinued so I had to purchase a different moisturiser then my usual one, sadly it wasn’t as good as the old one but other that my shopping experience with LovelySkin is always great!

I’m grateful a La Roche Posay serum I bought on Amazon was fulfilled by Lovely Skin. The striking contents of a beautiful box that held more than just serum hooked me instantly—and I was on your website the very next day. You do such great work in such a supportive way, my hope is that working for LS is as fulfilling as it is to be a customer. From expert Bizrate responses explaining how to pick out cosmetics (because some of us are literally colorblind and need the extra help) to explaining how there actually is a wishlist button (doh!), you’re my favorite people I’ve never met. I wasn’t very happy with the checkout procedure. I was promised a discount for signing up for emails and even though the brand of product I ordered wasn’t included on the coupon’s extensive exclusions list the website still wouldn’t apply it. Then during checkout a note popped up promising another discount if I set up a recurring order, so I did. At checkout though it still only gave me the discount already listed on the website. I’m really not sure that all the hassles on this site are worth the few dollars I saved in comparison to just buying the same product from Amazon.

I really like LovelySkin. I always find what I'm looking for, and I rarely find it anywhere else cheaper. I would love more tools to help me understand what some of the products do -- it takes a long time to read through descriptions and some of product names don't tell you very much about what the product is for.

This is my first time shopping with a lovely skin. I never purchased anything on the website before until now the reason for me purchasing from this website is because I was looking for a particular item from Erno Laszlo, which is one of their soaps. I wanted to try, but I found that on the website it was $44 and I was thinking of if there’s any other way of getting the same thing, but for a lower price, especially for how I I never use their soap before so I decided to price match the item so I can get a better price. I didn’t use the 20% off that the website offered which really helped. I’ll say my overall experience is good. I can’t wait to try it.
