I was looking for sweed beauty products on sale and this site came up. They were having 25% off so I purchased. I looked at the product lines that were excluded from the sale and sweed wasn’t listed but when I went to check out it wasn’t taking the 25% off. I text the # that was listed on their contact us page and immediately got a response which was very nice. Sweed wasn’t part of the sale but she kindly gave me 15% off so I purchased as Sweed products are rarely on sale. Appreciated the quick response and discount!

I didn't understand how I had missed this product in all my browsing for "redness" but the sample of the Skinceuticals Phyto Correcting Gel showed me this product was exactly what I needed! Because not everything can be a sample, I wonder what else I'm missing, and encourage more of a frequent rotatation of samples (and some that make more sense, like why would I need two "as of today" toner pads when I can only use one at a time?), but in the end I got what I needed and the samples have calmed my skin significantly. Thank you for offering these little droppers with product in them instead of making them a "free gift with purchase of $100." I'm sure I'm not the only red-faced Scandinavian who is buying the product, it's so soothing, like the mask but for during the day. I plan to use throughout the day on weekends. Thank you!

I usually shop at Dermstore for all of my skincare products. Yesterday, I needed Koh Gen Do Organic Cotton and didn't want to pay $7.00 for shipping a $33.00 purchase. I remembered that LovelySkin is an authorized carrier of SkinCeuticals, a brand that is restrictive in distribution, so I knew I could trust the site. Not only was the cotton on sale, shipping was free. I returned this morning to try 111SKIN, a brand that has been sending me emails to purchase their products at a minimal discount. I have invested a great deal of money in my skin over the years, using only SkinMedica, isClinical, and SkinCeuticals, so price is no object to me. That said, I do pay attention to sales and shipping charges. I noticed LovelySkin has 111SKIN at a 25% discount, which made me question whether the products are expired or the site will no longer be carrying the line. I bought two products anyway, and if they aren't expired and I receive the backordered serum in August as noted, I will open an account here. The website itself is easy to navigate, and LovelySkin carries the brands I use. Overall, a positive experience.
